NEW DELHI: Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt on Friday announced the wrap for Varun Dhawan’s shoot for their upcoming period drama ‘Kalank’.
Taking to her social media account Instagram, Alia shared a monochrome picture of her with Varun and said, ”And it’s a film wrap for Varun on ‘Kalank’. Our 4th film completed together and he still manages to surprise me with his hard work and crazy energy everyday. Also manages to make me laugh like a crazy person by just being himself. I can’t can’t can’t wait for you guys to see the stuff he’s done with his character in the film!!! #KALANK”.
‘Kalank’ is an upcoming period drama film directed by Abhishek Varman and produced by Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala and Fox Star Studios.
The film also stars Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Kunal Khemu, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt in the lead roles.
The Principal photography of the movie began in April 2018, and the film is scheduled for release on April 19. (AGENCIES)
