Srinagar, Apr 23: Police today said that an unidentified male body has been retrieved from the river Jehlum in near Gantmulla, Sheeri in Baramulla district.
A police spokesman said the body has been kept in District Hospital Baramulla for identification.
He said police has initiated inquest proceeding under Section174 CrPC to ascertain the cause of the death.
