JAMMU, May 2: Rich tributes were paid to the former Minister Dr Ramesh Chander Sharma on his 2nd death anniversary by Congress leaders in a meeting held here.
The leaders remembered the services rendered by Dr Sharma. They said that he was leader of masses and always served the poor and down trodden. The best tributes to the former minister would be to strengthen the ideology of Congress and the path of oneness shown by Dr Ramesh and his father Master Beli Ram.
Among those who were present on the occasion included Jhangir Mir, Ex-Vice Chairman, J&K Legislative Council; Ashok Sharma Ex-MLA, Dr Manohar Lal Sharma & Ch Gharu Ram- Ex Ministers, Master Tasadaq Hussain Ex- MLC, and senior leaders Vinod Sharma, Dr Anil Dhar, MK Bhardwaj, Zahid Sarfraz Malik, Capt Lalit Sharma and Narinder Sharma.
