Summer vacations in HC from June 11

JAMMU, June 5: State High Court will remain closed for summer vacations from June 11 to June 29 (both days inclusive).
A notification in this regard was issued by Registrar General of High Court Sanjay Dhar. As per the notification, Justice Sanjeev Kumar will be Vacation Judge from June 18, 2018 to June 22, 2018 (both day inclusive) and Justice J R Kotwal from June 25, 2018 to June 29, 2018 (both day inclusive) for Jammu Division whereas Justice MK Hanjura will be Vacation Judge for Srinagar Division.
Registrar General has also issued notification regarding summer vacation for Trial Court Jammu Division with effect from 11.06.2018 to 25.06.2018 (both days inclusive).
The Subordinate Courts of Jammu Province excluding the courts located at Bhaderwah, Kishtwar, Doda, Batote, Gool, Bani, Banihal and Ukhral, shall observe 15 days summer vacation with effect from 11.06.2018 to 25.06.2018 (both days inclusive).
According to the order issued by Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Vinod chatterji Koul,  Pawan Dev Kotwal, 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu will be Vacation Sessions Judge from June 12 to June 15, Haq Nawaz Zargar, 3rd  Additional Sessions Judge Jammu will be Vacation Sessions Judge from June 16 to June 19, Mohan Singh Parihar, 1st Additional Sessions Jammu will be Vacation Sessions Judge from June 20 to June 22 and Sham Lal Lalhal, Additional Sessions Judge Jammu will be Vacation Sessions Judge from June 23 to June 25.
According to order issued by Ashwani Sharma Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu, Som Lal, Special Sub-Judge Jammu will be the Duty Magistrate from June 11 to June 14, Manoj Parihar, Special Municipal Magistrate Jammu will be Duty Magistrate from June 15 to June 18 and Madan Lal, Excise Magistrate Jammu will be Duty Magistrate Jammu from June 19 to June 21 and Manjeet Rai, Special Passanger Tax Magistrate will be Duty Magistrate from June 22 to June 25.
