JAMMU, Apr 17: Principal Secretary, Home Department RK Goyal today ordered suspension of Senior Prosecuting Officer, District Poonch Aijaz-ul-Hassan.
The suspension has been ordered in terms of Rule 31 (2) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules, 1996.
The officer was arrested in the case FIR Number 10/2017 by Vigilance Organization Jammu under Prevention of Corruption Act.
The officer will remain attached to the Police Headquarters during the period of the suspension.
