KISHTWAR, Jan 6: Police arrested second accused in the rape case.
As per police sources, a team from Kishtwar Police Station conducted raid and nabbed the second accused, who along with his associate repeatedly raped a minor girl of Leoundi Padder.
The accused has been identified as Raj Deep Thakur, son of Kunj Lal, a resident of village Shityan Gowari, tehsil Padder.
A case under FIR Number 30/17 under Sections 363, 376, 506 and 109 RPC stands registered against him and his associate at Police Station Kishtwar.
It is to mention that, the main accused identified as Surrender Kumar was arrested earlier.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
