‘Ram Katha’ concludes

JAMMU, May 2 : A seven days Ram Katha organized at Barnai concluded today.
The Katha had started on April 26 and culminated today under the auspices of Swami Dinesh Bharti.
Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Sham Chaudhary was the chief guest on the occasion, who was felicitated by Swami Bharti by offering shawl.
The Minister, in his speech, said that religious functions give peace of mind to all. He stressed for organizing such types of function quite often.
A large number of devotees including women, children and old age persons were present in the function.
A bhog of 501 ‘Laddoos’ was served.
A Langar was also organsied for the devotees at the conclusion of the function.
