BJP intensifies campaign

JAMMU, Oct 5: State president, BJP Ravinder Raina today intensified BJP’s campaign in newly constituted Ward No.75 which falls in Marh Constituency, for Urban Local Bodies(ULB’s) election at village Sangrampur.
He was accompanied by former Minister and MLA, Marh Sukhnandan Choudhary and BJYM State president, Vikas Choudhary.
Addressing a huge gathering here at Sangrampur ,Raina said that State’s main stream parties are trying to derail the democratic set up of the State by boycotting the ongoing elections, but at the same time they have field proxy candidates which shows their double standard.”But people of the State are smart enough and understand well all the gimmicks of these parties and will teach them a lesson this time by endorsing the policies of Central Government led by the dynamic Prime Minister, Narinder Modi.
On the occasion Ch Sukhnandan, appealed all the voters of the Ward No.75 to vote in favour of Ganesh Dutt and made him victorious in this newly constituted Ward. Lambasting the NC, Congress and PDP he said that these parties are not serious for the local bodies elections. He asked people to vote for BJP for the real development of the ward.
Prominent among others who were present on the occasion were Vikas Choudhary president, BJYM, Ganesh Dutt candidate for Ward No.75, Deepak Panday district general secretary, BJYM and other prominent people of the Ward.
Earlier the BJP president addressed huge election meetings at Barnai in Ward 65 and Durga Nagar in Ward 64 in favour of Party candidates, Asha Rani for Ward 65 and Kapil Chib for Ward 64. He appealed the people to vote in favour of the BJP candidates by rejecting the proxy NC candidates and Congress which have played with the honour of Dogras for last 70 years.
Raina highlighted the BJP and Narendra Modi Government projects for J&K State in general and Jammu region in particular saying with the commission of these projects the fate of Jammu will change.
BJP district president Jammu Rural, Omi Khajruia, former MLA, Bharat Bushan, BJP district president Kashmir displaced district, Chand Ji and B B Gossans also addressed these meetings and asked people to vote BJP and endorse the programmes and policies of Narendra Modi Government.
