Srinagar, Feb 16: One person was killed, while four others were injured in different road accidents across the Valley.
A police spokesman said a man, Mohammad Iqbal Mir son of Mohammad Mukhtar, who was injured in a road accident at Boniyar in district Baramulla succumbed in a hospital.
A Quills vehicle, JK10/2133, hit and injured an unknown person at Leh, and he is now battling for his life as he lies in Coma at Leh District Hospital.
A Truck, JK18/2068, hit and injured a person near Tunnel at Ujroo in Dooru. The injured was shifted to Hospital for treatment.
Two persons were injured when a Maruti car, JK05D/0308, collided with a Tipper, JK18/6211, at Gantmulla in Baramulla.
Both the injured were shifted to a hospital for treatment, the spokesman said.
The spokesman said police has registered cases in these accidents.
