JAMMU, Mar 6: Chief patron of NPP Prof Bhim Singh has reminded BJP and PDP authors of so called CMP worked out between Prime Minister Modi and Mufti Sayeed and asked Mohan Bhagwat why Modi has sold out Jammu and Kashmir to some agents of Pakistan.
In a press statement Bhim Singh asked BJP to reply to their workers and RSS enthusiastic to PDP president who declared at New Delhi that 370 is untouchable challenging the power of the Parliament which is competent to amend or change any provision in the Constitution. Prof Bhim Singh declared that he shall ask the BJP leaders why BJP surrendered so shamelessly to PDP by sacrificing all their promises made to the people during the elections.
He alleged that all the promises like regularization of SPOs, Contractual employees, Home Guards, volunteers of VDCs, SSB and NYC, provide social security to the unemployed youth, senior citizens, to abrogate 370, to provide ownership rights to the allottees of Custodian or Evacuee land, the fate of 85, 000 Pakistani refugees living in Jammu, Jammu migrants’ rehabilitation, Delimitation of Assembly Constituencies have been set aside by the BJP for the sake of power.
“What happened to the fate of 15 lakh refugees from PoK and what happened to their comprehensive and just settlement as a matter of right?” the NPP leader asked. .
Prof Singh called on youth, students, working class, intelligentia and the civil society to join hands with the Panthers Party to oppose, expose and finally depose the agents of external agencies. He declared that reorganization of the State by amending Article 370 is the only way out to save the people of Jammu and Kashmir from the hands of criminal, communal, corrupt and anti-national forces.
