JAMMU, Feb 23: Jugal Kishore Sharma, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha from Jammu -Poonch Constituency today visited Shiv Nagar in Ranbir Singh Pura, Assembly Segment and inaugurated community hall at Shiv Nagar which was constructed under Member of Parliament Local Area Development (LAD) fund.
Jugal Kishore Sharma, while addressing the gathering said that Shiv Nagar area which is nearby city is thickly populated and it becomes difficult to get space to hold various functions within the city of RS Pura. During his tour programme to RS Pura Constituency in recent times the demand for construction of community hall was raised and the money was sanctioned under Member of Parliament Local Area Development fund. Moreover, the multipurpose hall has been constructed costing more than Rs 40 lac. It will serve every caste and creed during needy times. The demand for more funds to finish the balance work was raised during the meeting and MP agreed to provide share in all aspects.
Jugal along with president Municipal Committee, RS Pura, Sat Pappi also visited Bus Stand, RS Pura and took stock of construction works there. He said that no other Government except Bharatiya Janata Party provided equal share of development for Ranbir Singh Pura Constituency. Jugal announced Rs 15 lakh from his Member of Parliament Local Area Development fund for Construction and Renovation of Passenger Shed at Bus Stand RS Pura.
Heem Raj Khajuria, president, Mandir Committee, Shiv Nagar along with Members, Khema Nand, Parveen Shastri, Inderjeet Sudan greeted and complimented M P for providing funds from his MPLAD fund for development works in Shiv Nagar.
District president, BJP, RS Pura, Brijeshwar Singh, president, MC, RS Pura, Satpal Pappi along with councilors, EO, RS Pura, ex MLA, Prof Gharu Ram Bhagat, ex VC Bhushan Dogra, senior BJP leaders HS Pammy, Ahuti Sharma, Shiv Kumar Bali, Natha Ram, Ashok Choudhary, Daleep Kumar, Avtar Singh, Akash Chopra, Narayan Sharma Babbu,Vikas Dogra, Ramneek Singh, Mahila Mita Sharma and others were present at the occasion.
