JAMMU, Mar 4: J&K High Court Bar Association Jammu today issued notification of its election.
According to the notification issued by Returning Officer Abhinav Sharma, the election to the posts of President, Vice-President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary and Cashier of J&K High Court Bar Association Jammu for a period of one year will be held on April 8, 2017.
The last date of depositing monthly subscription fee is March 18 and final list of voters will be published on March 25. March 27 is the last date for filling nomination form and last date of withdrawal of nomination is March 31.
Meanwhile, Returning Officer constituted 12 member scrutiny committee to screen non-practising lawyers.
