JAMMU, Nov 2: In the much publicized “Gair Mumkin Khad” land case, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice Tashi Rabstan has dropped the contempt proceedings against the Chief Secretary, Commissioner Secretary PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Commissioner Secretary Revenue Department, Divisional Commissioner and others.
The contempt proceedings were dropped after the copy of Water Policy was placed before the DB in compliance to its earlier directions.
