This has reference to the Sinha led group calling for dialogue on 23rd of May 2017.
It is a matter of grave concern that for months now on, Yashwant Sinha has been calling for dialogue to find some in-roads to the K-problem but on the other hand there are others who have been giving contradictory statements for securing lasting peace without any visible steps taken on the ground. The insecure population of any country is like ready- to- use ammunition for enemy and that’s what happening in Kashmir. The national media is adding fuel to the fire by playing an absolutely negative role by painting every section of Kashmiri population as the enemy. This is not going to do any good to the country. There is urgent need to bring people in mainstream national life rather than alienating them.
