SAMBA, Oct 25: Police party of P/S Bari Brahmana headed by SI Javed Ahmed under the supervision of SHO P/S Bari Brahmana raided the hideout of gamblers at Lane Number, 4 Kala Gate and arrested six gamblers.
They were identified as Manoj Kumar, S/o Madan Lal, Bhaktwar Singh, S/o Janak Singh, Anil Kumar S/o Des Raj, Ankush Manhas S/o Baldev Raj, Varinder Kumar S/o Jameet Chand, Sohan Singh S/o Harbans Singh. They were caught red handed by police and were booked U/S 13/ Gambling Act. An amount of Rs. 1550 was recovered from their possession.
