JAMMU, Sept 1: In a programme organized by Jai Durga Yuva Sanstha Jammu here today, president of the National Mazdoor Conference, (NMC) Subash Shastri released “Aarti Sangrah” booklet written by Amit Luthra, president of Sanstha, containing choicest Aartis in honour of Devis and Devtas of Hindu religion especially Adi Shakti Durga, Mahakali, Vaishno Mata etc.
Speaking on the occasion, Shastri lauded such a launch by spirited members of society who continue to share the links with our glorious past and the modern youths. Shastri said that events like these are the necessity of the times.
The organizers announced that one lakh copies of “Aarti Sangrah” booklet will be distributed free of cost throughout the State so that locals appreciate the grandeur and spiritual solace and energy of devotion. Prominent social activist Ashok Luthra presided over the function.
Among other present on the occasion included Lalit Luthra, Vishal Talla, TS Negi, Gourav Luthra etc.
