JAMMU, Apr 9: The Government today ordered transfer and postings of 13 KAS officers.
Sachin Dev Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Nowshera-Sunderbani, has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Nowshera, relieving Abdul Satar, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nowshera of the additional charge of the post.
Gurmukh Singh, Joint Director, Education, Udhampur-Reasi, was transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sunderbani, relieving Kartar Singh, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sunderbani of the additional charge of the post.
Rimpy Ohri, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Udhampur, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Joint Director, Education, Udhampur Reasi, till further orders.
Kartar Singh, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sunderbani, was transferred and posted as Project Manager, IWMP, Reasi, relieving Mohammad Yousuf Malik, Assistant Commissioner Development, Reasi of the additional charge of the post.
Abdul Sattar, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nowshera, was transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dudu, relieving Attar Chand, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Basantgarh of the additional charge of the post.
Bashir Ahmad Dar, Special Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, under orders of transfer as Special Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, has been transferred and his services were placed at the disposal of the Chairman, Board of Directors for Specified Wakafs and Specified Wakaf Properties for his appointment as Chief Education Officer of the Board, on deputation basis.
Pankaj Kumar Sharma, Officer on Special Duty with the Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
Tilak Raj, Additional Secretary in the J&K State Vigilance Commission has been transfered and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department.
Mohammad Ashraf Bhat, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Anantnag, under orders of transfer as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sopore, was transferred and posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Baramulla-Kupwara, against an available vacancy.
Ashiq Hussain Lily, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Baramulla, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sopore. He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Baramulla, till further orders.
Ashok Kumar, Deputy Secretary to the Government, Labour and Employment Department, was transferred and posted as Project Manager, IWMP, Udhampur, relieving Angrez Singh, Project Officer, Wage Employment (ACD), Udhampur of the additional charge of the post.
Mohammad Tanwir, Custodian Trade Facilitation Centre, Chakan-Da-Bagh, was transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mendhar, against an available vacancy.
Mohammad Ashraf, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Poonch, will hold the additional charge of the post of Custodian Trade Facilitation Centre, Chakan-Da-Bagh, till further orders.
Tassaduq Hussain Mir, Secretary, J&K Services Selection Board, was transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department.
Ghulam Hassan Sheikh, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Vigilance and Inspection), Kashmir, was transferred and posted as Secretary, J&K Services Selection Board vice Tassaduq Hussain Mir.
