SAMBA, Jan 13: The week long Bhagwat Saptah Katha culminated at village Gho Brahmana of Ramgarh in district Samba today.
The Bhagwat Saptah started on January 7 in the premises of Bua Poli Devi Ji, Devsthan of Magotra Brahman community in the village. The Bhagwat Saptah was organized for peace, unity and in memory of eternal peace of those who laid down their lives for the country.
The Kalash yatra was taken from venue of Saptah Katha to the holy pond of Bawa Sidh Goria Nath Ji, Swankha. This was the main attraction of the religious function.
The function culminated with solemnization of Maha Yagya and Puja archana. A large number of devotees took part in the religious function. The devotees were served bhandara.
During the seven day long religious function Sadhavi Rajeshwari Ji delivered religious sermons. The people from villages of Gho Rakwalan, Gho Manhasan, Sahzadpur, Rara, Rarian, Kothein Manhasan, Raika Labana etc participated in the function which was organized by Sarpanch Gho Brahaman Panchayat, Rampal Sharma and Panchs Joginder Nath, Sohan Lal, Usha Rani, Anita Devi, Ajit Paul Sharma and Bua Poli Mandir Committee members.
