JAMMU, July 12: Week long acupressure camp, being organized by Shree Vishwakarma Temple Committee New Plot commenced today.
The camp was inaugurated by Dr Neeru Verma, Gynaecologist.
People in large number assembled to get the benefit of acupressure therapy.
Dr SS Lohia from Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Aroghya Sans-than, Hunman Garh Rajasthan was the team leader, who while speaking informed that acupressure therapy can go a long way to treat chronic problems of joints and knees, arthritis, blood pressure, sugar, heart, thyroid, obesity, kidneys, disc, cervical, etc.
Dr Neeru Verma stated that physiotherapy and acupressure have their own significance and are playing good role towards treatment of chronic diseases.
Joginder Angotra, Local Acu Therapist, coordinator of the camp appealed all the citizens of Jammu to visit the camp and take benefits of acupressure.
Among others present were Balwant Kataria, Ramesh Angotra, Capt Lal Chand, Raman Chalotra, Charanjeet Bitta, Omkar Singh, Ajay Bharti and Anil Goutam.
