JAMMU, Jan 3: Warm send off has been given to retiring officer Avtar Singh Johar, JAEO Agricul-ture, who attai-ned superannuation after performing 41 years of services.
The farewell was given to officer at Dak Bungalow Nowshera by SDAO Sunil Gorka and staff.
