JAMMU, Nov 30: An unidentified male body was recovered today from a canal in Trikuta Nagar area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesperson, the dead body of an unidentified man of age about 45 years was spotted this morning in a canal at Trikuta Nagar by some locals.
On getting information from locals, a police team from police station Trikuta Nagar reached the spot, evicted the body from canal and shifted it to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification and post mortem
A case in this regard was registered at police station Trikuta Nagar and further investigations were on.
