Srinagar, Mar 1: Security forces today arrested two militants during two separate operations in Kashmir valley.
Sources said that 55- Rashtriya Rifles of Army and Special Operations Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir Police arrested a Hizbul Mujahideen militant, Hilal Ahmad of Renzipora in Pulwama during an operation from Tahab village.
Hilal was active for last two months and one grenade and some ammunition was recovered from his possession.
Sources said that a suspected militant Wahid Ahmad Gania of Kupwara was arrested from Srinagar during an operation. Police is questioning him and are looking for his accomplices.
