SRINAGAR, Jan 8: Police today arrested two drug peddlers and recovered a large quantity of contraband substances from their possession in Sumbal area of Bandipora district.
Police said they arrested two drug peddlers in two different incidents and recovered 150 grams of charas, 29 kilograms of Bhang Patri and 55 bottles of Codeine Phosphate from their possession.
The drug peddlers were identified as Manzoor Ahmad Dar Son of Gh. Mohd Dar, a resident of Check Ganstan and Irshad Ahmad Reshi Son of Mohammad Maqbool Reshi, a resident of Arampora Sumbal of Bandipora district.
