JAMMU, May 18: Three persons of a family were today attacked with sharp edged weapon by one of their relatives over some old enmity, in Bishnah area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, today a person namely Rakesh Kumar alias Ladu son of Darshan Lal, resident of Chohala (RS Pura), at present residing at Waziroo Chak (Bishnah), forcibly entered into the house of Puran Chand son of Jaimal Singh, resident of Waziroo Chak and attacked him as well as his son, Bodh Rah and grandson, Krishan Kumar (son of Subhash Chander) with a sword and fled from the spot leaving them injured.
“All the victims were immediately rushed to Sub District Hospital, Bishnah, for treatment”, the spokesman said, adding, after hectic efforts, Bishnah police had arrested the accused after registering a case FIR No 111/2017 under Sections 307/452/323 RPC 4/25 Arms Act.
