ANANTNAG, May 9: In connection with upcoming Yuva Adhikar Rally in Kashmir valley Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) State president Ravinder Raina reached Anantnag township in South Kashmir today.
He was accompanied by BJYM State vice president Ashaq Hussain Dar, State secretary Arif Raja, senior BJP leader Idrees Bhat and Amarjeet Singh.
Addressing the youth at Anantnag Mr Raina lambasted National Conference and Congress for ignoring the victims of terrorism. He said during the turmoil in Kashmir youth had suffered a lot but instead of making policies for common Kashmiri youth the successive Governments adopted policies for all those who are responsible for bloodshed of Kashmiries.
He said the terrorism has destroyed the Kashmir and the NC and Congress are responsible for crisis in Valley. Raina said Congress repeatedly did blunders in Kashmir to grab power and accused it for the present mess.
He said former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee had a great vision for Kashmir and he started many pro-people policies for common Kashmiri but unfortunately BJP lost the Lok Sabha elections in 2004 and Congress led UPA Government failed to carry forward the agenda of Mr Vajpayee otherwise crisis in Kashmir would have been solved.
Raina appealed the youth to get united to throw out the anti youth NC-Congress Government form the State.
BJP South Kashmir President Ghulam Nabi Dar and the local unit of BJYM led by Muzaffar Kattu, Bilal Ahmed Rather, Mohd.Ashraf,Arif Dar alongwith large number of BJYM activists accorded him warm welcome at Khanabal Chowk.
