KATHUA, Aug 19: Commissioner/Secretary, Industries and Commerce, Shantmanu accompanied by Director, Industries and Commerce, BS Dua and General Manager, SIDCO, Vikram K Gupta today visited Industrial Complex, Ghatti Kathua and Industrial Complex, Kathua to take stock of infrastructure development work.
On reaching there, he was briefed that Industrial Complex, Ghatti, is being developed over an area of 3500 kanal of land with an investment of Rs 82 crore and the infrastructure developed so far included road network measuring 5.5 km, administrative block, store, over head tank and tube well and electrification from National Highway upto end of the complex.
The secretary issued instructions to the management to complete the requisite infrastructure at the earliest.
Executive Engineer, Ghatti and other engineering staff of SIDCO also accompanied the Secretary during inspection of the complex.
