Seventh Pay Commission implementation

Sir,
Seventh Pay Commission was announced and implemented w.e.f January, 2016 by the Central Government for its employees and pensioners so that they can pull on with the life. Dearness allowance (DA) of 20/0 also stands released so that further rise in prices is met with. The Government of Jammu & Kashmir ought to have also worked out 7th Pay Commission and implemented it immediately. Almost each of the Government employees and some of the pensioners also have a family constituting of four to five members to support. In most of the cases, their children are to be given education. When it is difficult to carry on with life with the salary he is getting, he indulges in corruption. Moreso, the J&K Government never releases DA and its arrears in time despite agitations and strikes. Obviously, it is one of the main factors for the prevailing corruption. The implementation of 7th Pay Commission has been announced to be implemented from April, 2018 without releasing as to how the employees and pensioners have passed one year and that as to how they have to pass remaining one year.  The employees and pensioners are agitating since a long but their demands have not been conceded so far. The disease is cured by taking medicines and the life survives by taking meals.
It is therefore  urged upon the J&K Government to go deep into the matter for acting immediately to release 20 percent interim relief as announced and enhance medical allowance per month from Rs 300 to Rs 3000 in favour of Government employees and pensioners in view of rise in prices of medicines and doctor’s fees. The pending DA dues may also be released.
Yours etc…
