JAMMU, Feb 17: Shiv Sena Bala Sahib Thackeray, J&K unit today expressed resentment against the State Government for not withdrawing the security and others benefits given to separatist leader, Sayed Ali Shah Geelani and Yasin Mailk.
It is pertinent to mention here that the J&K Government has issued orders to withdraw security cover of five separatist leaders-Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Abdul Gani Bhat, Bilal Lone, Hashim Qureshi and Shabir Shah. “However, there is no mention of pro-Pakistan separatist Sayed Ali Shah Geelani in the order,” Shiv Sena leader, Dimpy Kohli told reporters.
He lambasted the State Government for not withdrawing the security of Geelani and Mailk and added that the authorities should also withdraw their passports and no travel document should be issued to these separatists at any cost.
“The Central Government should block all the funding to Hurriyat,” Kohli said, adding that the Government should also immediately stop talking to Hurriyat.
