SAMBA, Apr 17: SDM Ghagwal Narayan Dutt Sharma today distributed books supplied by Government to about 98 students from class 1st to 8th of Govt Middle School Sangwali.
He was accompanied by ZEO Ghagwal Sushila Sharma, Headmaster and other staff members of the school. On the occasion Ex Sarpanch Sangwali Tersem Singh and other prominent citizens were also present. Full sets of all the books pertaining to all the subjects prescribed by government were issued. In addition to books, notebooks, pencils and shoes were also distributed.
On the occasion SDM asked the students to take keen interest in the studies and set a goal to be achieved in their lives. He also directed the staff members of the school to leave no stone unturned in imparting quality education to the students. ZEO Ghagwal and Ex Sarpanch Sangwali also addressed the students.
