RAJOURI, Oct 17: A minor school boy was knocked to death by a truck near Rajal in Nowshera area of district Rajouri today.
The deceased has been identified as Mohd Irfan (13), son of Mohd Rafiq, resident of Morha Dallian near Rajal. The mishap took place when the boy a student of class 8th was going to his school in the morning. A truck loaded with fruits which was on way to Jammu from Kashmir side via Mughal Road hit the boy when he was crossing road at Rajal. With serious injuries the boy was rushed to SDH Nowshera where doctors referred him to Govt medical College Hospital, Jammu. He succumbed to injuries on the way. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
