JAMMU, Jan 22: The residents of Sainik Colony held protest against the illegal settling of Rohangiyas, Burmees and Bangladeshis in various parts of the Jammu.
Carrying ply-cards, large number of residents hailing from Sainik Colony raised slogans and demanded immediate deportation of Rohangiyas, Burmees and Bangladeshis, who are residing in various areas of the Jammu.
While speaking, the protesters said that these people from Rohangiyas, Burmees and Bangladeshis have no sentiments for our country. They are criminals as so many complaints stands registered against them throughout the country.
“If the Government failed to take action against them, then a time will come, when we have to share our jobs and resources with them, which we are presently sharing with the already existing migrants”, they added.
They appealed to the Government to look into this rising issue and deport these Rohingiyas and Bangladeshi to their own country as there is all possible threat that they will disturb the peaceful atmosphere in the Jammu.
