JAMMU, May 12: Abdul Salam Reshi of PDP has been appointed as Vice-Chairperson of the State Horticulture Development Board.
A formal order in this regard was issued today by the General Administration Department.
According to the order, he shall be entitled to a consolidated salary of Rs 80,000 per month, transported by J&K State Motor Garages, residential accommodation and other privileges.
It may be recalled that Reshi along with 16 others from ruling PDP and BJP were appointed as Vice Chairpersons of several Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs) in March last but their appointment order was kept in abeyance following direction of the Election Commission of India in view of Parliament by- polls for Srinagar and Anantnag constituencies.
