JAMMU, May 18: The activists of  Pradesh Youth Congress (PYC) today held a strong protest demonstration against the killings of civilians on the LoC and disrespect shown to the soldiers in the State.
A large number of PYC activists, under the supervision of  PYC secretary,  incharge J&K,  Sheshpal Singh Keharwalla and under the leadership of PYC president,  Pranav Shagotra assembled near Press Club in the morning and held massive protest against unabated killings of civilians on the borders. Amid shouting  anti-BJP slogans,  PYC activists burnt the effigy of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi for his failure to protect lives of civilians on the Line of Control and not giving free hands to the Army to give a befitting reply to Pakistan. Expressing grave concern over unabated killings,  Shagotra said that BJP led NDA Government has miserably failed to deal with the situation on the LoC.
