JAMMU, Apr 10: Expressing his anguish over deliberately ignoring unemployed and deserving youth of Jammu region in recruitment, former Minister Raman Bhalla, today warned Coalition Govt against testing patience of Jammu people.
Addressing public meeting at Trikuta Nagar, Bhalla said that patience of the peace loving people of Jammu region, especially youth have been running out because during the last nearly three years this region has been ignored in all spheres of life. He said it appears that the incumbent Government in which BJP is equal partner is treating residents of Jammu region as second class citizens because despite having required qualification and merit, deserving youth were singled out without any reason.
Launching a scathing attack on BJP and PDP, Bhalla said that people were hoping a sigh of relief from them but both parties proved to be butchered and attempted to murder the future and aspirations of the youth, who are hankering after the employment. He said that Government has five years of tenure at center and six years tenure in the State but a youth has to wait for 7 years for his or her regularization, which is a cruel joke with unemployed youth.
Bhalla said that BJP under the leadership of Prime Minister, Narender Modi had failed to provide jobs to the youth of the country, which they had promised before the elections. He appealed to the State Govt to take some steps in this direction and provide employment to the youth of the country.
He further said that power hungry forces in the state (PDP & BJP) have joined hands for the sake of power leaving aside all important commitments with the people of the state. He said that both the coalition partners have failed on all fronts and betrayed their electorate as a result the people of each and every section of the society are suffering and disappointed.
He said both Centre and State Govts. make certain issues to divert the attention of general public from their failures but people are not fool, they will teach them lesson at the appropriate time.
