Protest held against screening of ‘Padmavati’

JAMMU, Nov 18: The youth wing of Shri Amar Kshatriya (Rajput) Sabha J&K held protest against screening of “Padmawati” movie in J&K cinema halls and theatres, warned of direct action if not banned.
The youth wing of Shri Amar Kshatriya (Rajput) Sabha J&K held protest at Purani Mandi here against screening of “Padmawati” movie in cinema halls in the J&K and warned direct action in case the movie will be screened. Large number of Rajput youth hailing from remote areas participated in the protest.
Pawan Singh Chib, President Youth Wing of Shri Amar Kshatriya (Rajput) Sabha J&K in his address appealed the Government to ban the “Padmawati” movie in J&K as some of scenes of the movie hurts the sentiments of common man including Rajputs in particular.
