JAMMU, Dec 27: In order to carry out the replacement of bus-bars from Twin Zebra to Twin Moose of 33 KV yard of 220/132/33 KV Grid Station Barn, shut down of 220/132/33 KV Grid Station Barn on 30th of December, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon has been allowed.
As intimated by Chief Engineer, S&O Wing Jammu, during the shut down period, the power supply to Purkhoo, Bhalwal, Garota and Jagti areas will remain affected.
Meanwhile, in order to carry out the erection of breaker in 66 KV bay of Grid Station Hiranagar, the shut down of 66 KV yard of 220/132/66 KV Grid Station Hiranagar on 30-12-2012 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. has been allowed. During the shut down period, the power supply to Hiranagar, Dayala Chak, Chhan Arorian and adjoining areas will be affected.
