JAMMU, May 4: In the much publicized spurious drug scam, Municipal Magistrate (Duty Magistrate) Jammu, V S Bhou today extended police remand of Ashok Kumar Raina and Amardeep Raina till May, 6, 2013 and granted seven days police remand of Akhil Gadoo, who surrendered before the court.
These accused have been booked by the Crime Branch under Sections 274/420/465/ 467/468/471/120-B RPC read with Section 5(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 27 of Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
