No policy has been framed for regularization of these workers, pending wages have not been cleared, moreover, DPC has not been conducted since long for all cadre. It was also stressed upon the authorities to create welfare fund and higher grade posts besides change of designation of posts as per their nature of job.

He further said that the Govt which could not arrange month wise wages of the workers, how it can be trusted that it will regularize the daily rated workers. He further said that the demands of the permanent employers like constitution of welfare fund scheme, creation of higher scale posts, change of designations of employees and conducting of PPC meeting in time found manners, could not be given proper attention by the authority concerned.
