People protest, block road at Sunderbani

NOWSHERA, Apr 15: The activists of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) today held strong protest demonstration against Pakistan and also National Conference leader and former J&K Chief Minister, Dr Farooq Abdullah for his anti-India remarks.
A large number of BJYM activists led by some local students came out on the road at main chowk Sunderbani town and started protest demonstration. They were shouting slogans against Dr Farooq Abdullah for supporting stone pelters and raising anti-national remarks.
The youth also protested against Pakistan on Jadav assassination issue and burnt the effigy of Pakistani Prime minister Nawaz Sharief. They demanded tit for tat policy for the Pakistan and alleged that it was openly supporting activities of terrorism and aiding youth of Kashmir. The movement of traffic on Jammu-Poonch highway was disrupted for some time. Later, with the intervention of police, the road was cleared.
