JAMMU, Oct 24: Parveen Jaryal was elected unopposed as State president of All Jammu and Kashmir Gaddi Sippi Tribes Welfare Association (GSTWA) for next five years.
The elections for the presidentship were held under the supervision of Chuni Lal, election incharge, in a meeting of the association.
Others office bearers who were elected are Karan Singh of Bani, general secretary, Om Parkash of Ramban, vice president, Tara Singh of Bhalessa, vice president , Shiv Kumar of Chenani, vice president , Chaman Lal of Billawar, joint secretary, Om Kar Singh of Bani, organizing secretary, Kuldeep Singh of Bhaderwah cashier and Amar Nath of Ramnagar as chairman.
