JAMMU: Troops of Border Security Force (BSF) today apprehended a Pakistani national in Arnia sector of Jammu, official spokesperson here said.
”Alert BSF troops this morning in Arnia sector apprehended an old Pakistani national who crossed over the International Border,” said the spokesperson.
He said that during preliminary investigation he revealed his identity as Shahnabaz, resident of village Mankot, near Khanoor, tehsil Pasroor, District Sialkot, Pakistan.
”Individual is quite weak and seems to have inadvertently crossed over to Indian side,” he added and said that efforts are in hand to contact Pak Rangers for identification and return of individual. (AGENCIES)
