RAMBAN, Apr 13: One person was killed, while two others got injured, when the dumper they were traveling in, skidded off the road and plunged into gorge near Battery Chashma area, a police official said.
The deceased has been identified as Falail Singh (25), son of Bharat Singh of Gali Bass Ramban, while the injured have been identified as Mohammad Akhter (driver), son of Abdul Kareem of Deeda Gool and Jeevan Singh son of Man Singh of Gali Bass Ramban.
The injured persons have been shifted to District Hospital, where they were undergoing treatment, when last reports came in.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Ramban Police Station and investigation started.
