JAMMU, June 7: The inhabitants of Om Nagar, Udaywala Bohri held a protest demonstration this evening against power failure in the area.
The protestors raising slogans against the PDD alleged that they have been facing long duration power cuts for days together, which has completely disturbed their lives. They said the old and infirm people are put to worst problem due to power cuts in this hot Summer.
The protestors warned to launch agitation in case the problem was not solved immediately. They said that for couple of days the area is facing complete blackout during the night hours.
