Namrta lambasts Govt for lack of basic facilities in Bishnah

JAMMU, Sept 11: General secretary of Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC), Namrta Sharma, today lambasted the present BJP-PDP collation Government in the State for ignoring the development rights of the people of the Bishnah constituency.
Addressing a large public meeting at border village of Treva in Bishnah area, Namrta  Sharma said that people of Bishnah and border villages of Arnia are facing lot of hardship and difficulties as development in the area is stand still, roads are badly damaged and people are devoid of regular electricity and drinking water.
She said that Bishnah constituency needs an overall infrastructural development, as the people of the constituency are suffering badly due to non-availability of basic amenities like proper roads, fresh water supply, electricity, ration supply and good Government educational institutions.
Namrta accused BJP for failing on all fronts in giving stable and effective governance and appealed the people to strengthen the hands of Congress party, stating that only Congress party has the ability and potential to run the State and Nation.
She also criticized BJP for a steep rise in the price of essential commodities, which she said, has increased the difficulty of poor and middle class many fold. Stating that BJP is anti-poor and anti-farmer party, she asked people to teach them a strong lesson at the time of elections. Namrta assured the people of Arnia and Bishnah that she will fight for their rights.
