JAMMU, Apr 15: Ranjodh Singh alias Nalwa along with his two associates was arrested for alleging making a murderous assault on Surinder Singh of Sainik Colony at Fruit Mandi Narwal, under the jurisdiction of Trikuta Nagar Police Station, here today.
Identity of the other two arrested accused was established as Tajbeer Singh alias Abay of Gole Gujral and Pranvat Singh of Gadigarh while their another associate Randeep Singh alias Raja of Talab Tillo managed to flee from the spot.
According to Police, all the accused barged into the shop of Surinder Singh at Fruit Mandi and made a murderous assault on him with sharp edged weapons. However, the victim raised an alarm on which police reached the spot and arrested three of the accused.
A case under Section 307, 382, 452, 147 RPC and 4/25 has been registered against the accused at Police Station Trikuta Nagar.
