JAMMU, Mar 31: Naib Tehsildar Kainthi (Tehsil Thuroo), Zaffar Iqbal, who was additionally entrusted with the duties of Reader to SDM, Dharmari has been placed under suspension following complaints of corruption against him.
The suspension order has been issued by SDM Dharmari, Yasin Choudhary, who shall conduct a full enquiry against the Naib Tehsildar to ascertain the allegations and taking action as required.
As per the order, the suspended Naib Tehsildar has been immediately stripped of his duties as Reader to SDM and shall not handle anything for the SDM office. The Naib Tehsildar has been suspended following complaints of corruption for his role as Reader.
