MMU ties up with multinational giants

JAMMU, June 4: To equip students with the best skills, contemporary to the requirements of Industry, MMU apart from establishing Campus Business Park and Business Incubation Centre, has tied-up with multinational giants for Centre of Excellence at MMU Campus.
“Placement is an integral part of the Career Development Programme undertaken by MM University. During their academic tenure the students go through a well planned rigorous course curriculum along with real life practical training and internships in reputed research organizations or corporate houses. The placement team at MM University works 24X7 to ensure that right student is placed in the right organization where one can achieve professional and personal goals,” said MMU Chairman.
As of now, MMU has been designated as distinguished Centre of Excellence by: National Instruments (USA), BOSCH, CISCO and many more.
Campus Business Park at MMU, Mullana is a unique initiative, first of its kind in the country with most innovative ideas to improve employability of students. It offers an opportunity to the students to rub shoulders with the experience professionals at the campus.
More than ten companies have chosen MMU campus Business Park as way to grow in today’s environment. It helps them to reduce operational risk and find the best talent.
Business Incubation Centre (BIC) at MMU Mullana is a miniature corporate identity to provide business services amongst its students, faculty and alumni.
“We take pride in sharing the information, that in 2016 some of the eminent companies that had their Campus Recruitment Drive at MM University campus, hired students from MBA, MCA, B Tech, B Pharma, BBA, B Com & Nursing on handsome packages offered upto Rs 18 lakh per annum,” the Chairman informed.
“Our graduates from various programs of the 2016 Batch are placed in around 276 companies all over the country. Till date over 87 percent of 2016 graduated batch have already been placed and Placements for the students are running in full swing,” he added.
