JAMMU, Sept 22: A man was injured today after he was hit by a moving train near Channi Fatak in city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, the man identified as Sham Lal (39) son of Babu Ram, resident of Trikuta Nagar, got injured his left foot after he was hit by ‘Himgiri’ train near Channi Fatak this afternoon.
He said that the injured was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, for treatment. “The GRP Jammu has taken cognizance of the matter”, he added.
