JAMMU, Jan 30: Bhagat Ram Malhotra has been inducted as secretary District Congress Committee Jammu Urban.
According to an official communiqué, Mr Malhotra who was earlier in the Block Committee has been appointed as secretary by Anil Chopra, president DCC Jammu Urban.
