JAMMU, Apr 2: Continuing with the practice of tabling reports after prolonged delay, Minister for Roads and Buildings today laid on the table of Legislative Assembly the 30th, 31st, 32nd and 33rd annual reports of Jammu and Kashmir Projects Construction Corporation Limited (JKPCC) after 22 years.
As soon as Mr Wani tabled reports for the year 1991-92, 1992-93, 1993-94 and 1994-95 respectively, National Panthers Party MLA, Harshdev Singh asked, “what purpose is being served by tabling reports after more than two decades”.
However, Speaker, Mubarak Gul said, “these reports belong to the period when there was militancy in the State” while as R&B Minister assured that Government would try to place latest reports in the House in future.
